Participation in the Promotion is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or over in all states and territories of Australia other than the Northern Territory, who are friends and family members of Fletcher Building employees (Australia division only) (Customer). Employees of any entity within the Fletcher Building Group, authorised Distributors and agencies associated with the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
4. This promotion will commence at 9am AEST 1 July 2021 and close at 5pm AEST 30 September 2021 (Promotional Period).

6. This offer is only available on purchases made directly from Stramit and excludes purchases made via any distributors or resellers of Stramit and Taurean products.
7. The order must be paid for in full at the time of the order to receive the Friends and Family Discount.
8. Customer must mention this promotion and provide the employee name and company name of the referring Fletcher Building employee at time of ordering. The Promoter reserves the right to validate the referring employee details provided by the Customer, prior to processing the discount.
9. Discounts are applied from the Promoter’s standard Counter Sales Pricing, and no further discounts will apply.
10. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
11. The Friends and Family Discount is off the product value only and does not apply to delivery, extended warranty, installation costs and any other associated services or costs.

17. The Promoter collects personal information (PI) in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.stramit.com.au/privacy-policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Customer. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how Customers may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how Customers may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. The Promoter may disclose a Customer’s personal information to entities outside of Australia for the purposes outlined in its Privacy Policy.
18. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its officers, employees, agents, suppliers and any related bodies corporate of the Promoter exclude all liability for any claim, liability, loss or damage (including personal injury, death, property damage, and any liability for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of use, loss of opportunity and any kind of indirect, special or consequential loss or damage) which is suffered or sustained by any individual including any Customer in connection with the Promotion including without limitation as a result of receiving the Friends and Family Discount, any tax liability, any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control), any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter or its suppliers, contractors or agents or any person associated with any of them or any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference.
19. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

Fair Dinkum Sheds / Fair Dinkum Builds / SOL Home Improvements

1. Eligible Customers who purchase Eligible Product from Participating Store during the Promotional Period, and submit an Eligible Claim during the Claim Period, will receive a Prezzee Smart eGift Card (Gift Card).
2. Participation in the Promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

6. All Gift Card redemption claims must be submitted by 11:59PM AEST 30 April 2022 (Closing Date). No late or incomplete redemption claims will be accepted.

This offer is only available on purchases made from an authorised Fair Dinkum Sheds distributor (FDS Distributor), an authorised Fair Dinkum Builds Franchisee (Fair Dinkum Builds Franchisee) or authorised SOL Home Improvements distributor (SOL Distributor). Customers can call the Fair Dinkum Support Office ((02) 4646 8200) or SOL Home Improvements office ((02) 4646 8250) to obtain details of their local FDS Distributor, Fair Dinkum Builds Franchisee or SOL Distributor.
8. An Eligible Customer must purchase a Fair Dinkum shed, Fair Dinkum carport or SOL Home Improvements patio/pergola (Eligible Product).
9. Eligible Product expressly excludes purchase of second hand or demonstration goods and any other associated costs such as delivery, installation, extended warranty or otherwise.
10. Receive 1 of the following Gift Cards:
    1. A $250 Gift Card - when any Fair Dinkum shed less than 20m2 (total floorspan of the shed) is purchased; or
    2. A $500 Gift Card – when any Fair Dinkum shed 20m2 or larger (total floorspan of the shed) is purchased; or
    3. A $250 Gift Card – when any Fair Dinkum carport is purchased; or
    4. A $500 Gift Card – when any SOL Home Improvements patio or pergola is purchased.
11. To participate in this promotion and be eligible to claim the Gift Card, the Eligible Customer must:
    1. purchase Eligible Product from an FDS Distributor, Fair Dinkum Builds Franchisee or SOL Distributor during the Promotional Period;
    2. pay the authorised FDS Distributor, Fair Dinkum Builds Franchisee or SOL Distributor (in full or a deposit) for the Eligible Product during the Promotional Period;
    3. make full payment for the Eligible Product no later than 31 January 2022 (although the FDS Distributor, Fair Dinkum Builds Franchisee or SOL Distributor may require earlier payment to secure delivery of the Eligible Product);
    4. keep their proof of payment receipt for the deposit and full payment for the Eligible Product;
    5. accept delivery of the Eligible Product by no later than 31 March 2022;
    6. visit https://www.stramit.com.au/friends-family/cashback-redemption-form (Redemption Website) and complete the redemption form including all mandatory fields. This includes supplying a copy of the proof of purchase (deposit payment receipt and full payment receipt clearly stating the date of payment, the business name of the FDS Distributor, Fair Dinkum Builds Franchisee or SOL Distributor of purchase) and the referring Fletcher Building employee name and company name before 11:59pm AEST 30 April 2022; and
    7. comply with all other eligibility requirements as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
12. The Gift Card will be delivered to the successful Claimant via email to the email address provided by the Claimant on the redemption form by a third party provider on behalf of the Promoter no later than 30 May 2022 .The Gift Card is not transferable or exchangeable.  Values are in Australian dollars.
13. The Gift Card values are in Australian dollars. If a Gift Card is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Gift Card with a gift to the equal value and/or specification.
14. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion offered by the Promoter.
15. Multiple claims are permitted, subject to the following:
    1. only one (1) claim permitted per Eligible Product; and
    2. each claim must be submitted separately and in accordance with claim requirements.
16. The Promotional Period and/or Closing Date may be extended at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
17. The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred when accessing the Redemption Website, or for any failure or service interruption of the Redemption Website at any time.
18. The standard terms and conditions of sale of the FDS Distributor, Fair Dinkum Builds Franchisee or SOL Distributor apply to all Eligible Product purchased.
19. Incomplete or indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.
20. Claimants must retain their original payment or deposit receipt(s) for all claims as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of all of a Claimant’s claims and forfeiture of any right to a reward. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the FDS Distributor, Fair Dinkum Builds Franchisee or SOL Distributor of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to the submission of the claim.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to validate the referring employee details provided by the Claimant, prior to processing the claim.
22. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Gift Card are not included. Any unused balance of the Gift Card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Gift Card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Gift Card.
23. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and Claimants (including a Claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Claimant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.  Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.  The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. 
24. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
25. A Claimant receives and uses the Gift Card at their own risk.
26. The Claimant acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter gives no representation, no advice, no warranty, no undertaking, no promise and no forecast in relation to the Gift Card or its fitness or suitability for any purpose.
27. If the Eligible Product is returned and it has not failed to meet consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, any claimed Gift Card must also be returned.

29. Claimants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a successful Claimant (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
30. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its officers, employees, agents, suppliers and any related bodies corporate of the Promoter exclude all liability for any claim, liability, loss or damage (including personal injury, death, property damage, and any liability for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of use, loss of opportunity and any kind of indirect, special or consequential loss or damage) which is suffered or sustained by any individual including any Claimant in connection with the Promotion or the use of the Gift Card, including without limitation as a result of receiving the Gift Card, any tax liability, any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control), any Gift Card that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter or its suppliers, contractors or agents or any person associated with any of them or any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference.
32. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including by reason of, but not limited to, technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter) which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
