Stramit SteelCRED Terms & Conditions and Site Terms

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions form the basis of Stramit SteelCRED™ program. They are intended to protect both Members and Stramit Corporation Pty Limited ABN 57 005 010 195 (otherwise referred to as ‘Stramit’) and the Stramit Group, the operator of the program. It is the Member's responsibility to read and understand them.

1.2 These Terms and Conditions are effective as at the date specified above and may be amended by Stramit from time to time. The current Terms and Conditions are those available at this website. Members will be provided with the opportunity to review these Terms and Conditions at the time of joining Stramit SteelCRED™ and following any update in the future.

1.3 It is a condition of joining that every Member accept and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

2.1 In these Terms and Conditions unless the context otherwise requires:

'ACL' means the Australian Consumer Law Schedule of the Competition and Consumer Act

'Benefits' means earning and redeeming Points and Rewards or any other value offered or available to a Member as a result of membership in Stramit SteelCRED™;

'Business Owner' means a Member that owns an eligible business with an ABN and is part of the Stramit SteelCRED™ program;

'Consumer' is as defined by the ACL;

'Gift Card' means the Gift Card provided by the Supplier via the website or by mail on request from Stramit;

'GST' means the Goods and Services tax as defined in A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 as amended;

‘Member’ or ‘You’ means any person with Membership in the Stramit SteelCRED™ program, as allowed by Stramit;

'Membership' means membership of Stramit SteelCRED™, which is by invitation only;

'Membership Account' means the records of a member, created to access the Stramit SteelCRED™ program.

'Payment' means all moneys paid for the supply of the Program and Services in Australian Dollars.

'Points Balance' means points which have been earned from a Stramit transaction which can be redeemed on Rewards;

'Privacy Policy' means the Stramit Privacy Policy available at https://www.stramit.com.au/privacy-policy;

'Program' means Stramit SteelCRED™;

'Retail Partner' means the Business or retailer offering Services to Stramit SteelCRED™ Members.

'Rewards' means products, gift cards and other benefits which members can access by redeeming Points as a result of membership in Stramit SteelCRED™;

'Site' means the Program website made available to Stramit SteelCRED™ Members in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

'Site Terms' means the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the Site.

'stramit.com.au' means the internet site located at stramit.com.au;

'Stramit SteelCRED™' means the rewards program operated by Stramit;

'Stramit Points' has the same meaning as Points (as defined below);

'Stramit SteelCRED™ Rewards Store' means the service through which Members may obtain retail goods or services or vouchers or gift cards by redeeming Stramit Points in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;

'Stramit Contact Centre' means a centre operated by Stramit where membership support is provided;

'Stramit' means Stramit Corporation Pty Limited ABN 57 005 010 195 and any affiliate of the Stramit Group, employees, sub-contactors and suppliers;

Stramit Group’ means Stramit and each company which is for the purposes of section 50AA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) under the "control" of Fletcher Building Limited (ARBN 096 046 936);

'Terms and Conditions' means these Stramit SteelCRED™ Terms and Conditions and Site Terms.

 ‘You’ or ‘Member’ means any person with Membership in the Stramit SteelCRED™ program, as allowed by Stramit.

3. Changes to Stramit SteelCRED™

3.1 Stramit reserves the right to make any changes (whether material or otherwise) to Stramit SteelCRED™, the Terms and Conditions and the Rewards or Benefits offered, including:

(a) changes to:

(i) the ways in which Stramit Points are earned and redeemed;
(ii) Point earning and redeeming rates;
(iii) Rewards or Benefits, including the continued availability of Rewards or Benefits;
(iv) Reward restrictions or conditions; and
(v) the expiry of accrued Stramit Points;

(b) changes to the products and services on which bonus Stramit Points may be earned;

(c) changes to any Stramit subsidiary or third-party company participation including restrictions on earning and/or redeeming Stramit Points, cancellations, Point earning and redemption levels, Rewards or Benefits; and

(d) changes to any Stramit products or services.

(e) If changes occur Stramit will inform all Members via e-mail as well as place an update on the home page of the Members Portal, giving 30 days notice before these changes become active.

3.2 If a Reward ceases to be available after it has been redeemed by a Member, Stramit will (at the Member's option) either refund the Stramit Points redeemed by the Member to obtain the Reward or provide an alternative Reward of similar value.

4. Termination or Suspension of Stramit SteelCRED™

4.1 Stramit gives no warranty as to the continuing availability of Stramit SteelCRED™. Stramit may terminate or suspend Stramit SteelCRED™ at any time. Stramit will give at least three months’ notice to Members of such termination or suspension, except if Stramit ceases to operate, in which case Stramit SteelCRED™ will cease immediately.

4.2 If Stramit terminates or suspends Stramit SteelCRED™, Members will be able to redeem Stramit Points during the notice period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, except where Stramit is ceasing to operate as a business and/or has gone into liquidation or other form of administration, in which case Stramit may terminate or cancel any Rewards or Benefits immediately without notice.

5. Membership

5.1 Membership of Stramit SteelCRED™ is by invitation only. If an invitation has not been provided, the Business Owner is not eligible to participate.

5.2 Membership is provided upon a Member completing a registration form and accepting these Terms & Conditions. Membership commences on the date that Site access is granted to Members and shall continue until terminated in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

5.3 Each Member may have only one Stramit SteelCRED™ account.

5.4 Each Member must advise Stramit of any change of name, address, or other details as soon as practicable after the change. Stramit are not responsible for any failure by a Member to notify Stramit of any changes in accordance with this clause, or for any incorrect changes notified to Stramit.

5.5 Members may, at any time, cancel their Membership by providing written notice to Stramit. Upon receipt of a written notice, Stramit will cancel the relevant Membership and all accumulated Stramit Points in that Member's account will immediately expire. Accordingly, Stramit recommends that Members carefully plan all cancellations to avoid unintentional loss of accumulated Stramit Points.

6. Earning Points and Benefits

6.1 By earning Stramit Points or claiming any Benefit, the Member agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and provides the consents relating to personal information specified in clause 12 and the Stramit Privacy Policy. Stramit Points may only be earned and/or redeemed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

6.2 Stramit SteelCRED™ accounts are valid for use only by the Member and are not transferable in any circumstances.

6.3 In the event of loss, theft or unauthorised use of a Membership account, it is the Member's responsibility to advise Stramit as soon as possible. The Member is liable for all use of the Membership account until Stramit is notified of the loss, theft or unauthorised use.

7. Member obligations and responsibilities

7.1 Members must not:

(a) act in any way which breaches these Terms and Conditions and Site Terms; or

(b) abuse or misuse Stramit SteelCRED™, any Rewards, Benefits, facilities, discounts, competitions, offers, services or arrangements accorded to the Member as a result of Membership including by:

(i) engaging in illegal or fraudulent activities;
(ii) supplying or attempting to supply false or misleading information, or making a misrepresentation to Stramit, a member of the Stramit Group or related party;
(iii) selling, assigning, transferring or acquiring, or offering to sell, assign, transfer or acquire any Reward, Benefit or Stramit Points other than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;

7.2 Each Member is responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient Stramit Points in their account balance to redeem for any Reward that they request.

7.3 Stramit reserves the right to require proof of earning from the Member, including copies of relevant receipts, invoices, purchase orders, contracts or similar information in respect to any claim of purchase.

8. Suspension or Termination of Membership

8.1 If a Member has committed a material breach of any of the Terms and Conditions, then Stramit may do any one or more of the following:

(a) suspend or terminate the Member's Membership and/or the right of the Member to use their Stramit Points;

(b) reverse or cancel the Member's Stramit Points or any part thereof; or

(c) cancel or refuse to honour any Rewards, Benefits or both, that have been redeemed by or provided to the Member.

8.2 Membership will terminate automatically on the closure or bankruptcy of a Member’s business. Stramit Points earned but not yet redeemed or transferred prior to closure or bankruptcy will be cancelled. Stramit will close the Member's Stramit SteelCRED™ account on notification of the closure or bankruptcy of the Member’s business. Stramit will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered by any person as a result of such cancellation.

8.3 Membership may be suspended, or the ability to redeem Stramit Points may be suspended, if the Member falls into arrears for account payments owed. The Member will have no recourse to have their suspended status reversed until the full amount of outstanding debt has been paid in full. Stramit will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered by any person as a result of such suspension.

9. Earning Stramit Points

9.1 Members can earn Stramit SteelCRED™ Points in several ways:

(i) Members will earn points for the purchase of Stramit products. Points will be credited to the Member’s rewards account up to 30 days after their outstanding trade account has been settled.

(ii) Members can complete a specified non-transactional action (such as completing a survey). Points will be credited to the Member’s rewards account up to 30 days after completing the action.

9.2 Except as provided elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise specified by Stramit, Points may be credited only to the account of the Member who has processed an eligible transaction and has repaid their outstanding trade account in full, or completed a specified non-transactional action.

9.3 Points will not be awarded in relation to any transactions that are cancelled or refunded. Stramit may cancel or deduct any Points that have been awarded in relation to cancelled or refunded transactions.

9.4 Except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions, Points will expire if there is no account activity on the Members’ account. Account activity requires a Member to have earned or redeemed Stramit Points within the previous consecutive 12 whole month period from that point in time.

9.5 Within 30 days prior to the Points expiration date, Stramit will notify Members of the pending expiry risk.

9.6 Points cannot be re-credited once they have expired. Any credits will be at Stramit’s complete discretion.

9.7 Stramit reserves the right to reverse or cancel any Points credited to a Member incorrectly, or not in accordance with, or in breach of, the Terms and Conditions at any time.

9.8 Stramit reserves the right to change the rate of points earn and the ways points can be earned at any time.

9.9 Members are responsible for managing access to their rewards account and should keep personal details (including passwords and details for accessing their Member account secret). Any use by other parties, including employees, agents, suppliers or relations (whether authorised or unauthorised) is solely at the risk of Members and the Member will have no recourse to Stramit for any activities which take place within the account by such persons without Member’s authority. This includes the redeeming of any accumulated points balances for reward items available within the rewards store.

9.10 Stramit will not be responsible for activity within a Member account which occurs as a result of human error by the Member or any person using the account. This includes the member processing points redemptions without intending to do so and provision of incorrect address details. While Stramit may consider reversing such activities on a case by case basis, the responsibility lies solely with the Member.

10. Points transfers

10.1 A Member cannot transfer Stramit Points

11. Redeeming Stramit Points and Benefits

11.1 Unless otherwise stated, Members will be able to access Benefits that are available through the Stramit SteelCRED™ program, including the redemption of Stramit Points for Rewards and/or Services on the Site.

11.2 Reward availability is limited. The range and types of Rewards will change from time to time without notice at the discretion of Stramit. The Terms and Conditions applicable to a Reward redemption will be those in force at the time the Stramit Points are redeemed for that Reward.

11.3 The number of Stramit Points that must be redeemed in relation to a particular Reward are determined by Stramit. Stramit do not give any warranty or make any representation in relation to the underlying value of any Rewards.

11.4 Members must have in their account at least the number of Stramit Points required to redeem the chosen Reward at the time the redemption is processed.

11.5 Any credit or refund made to a Member under these Terms and Conditions will be made in Stramit Points, unless the Member has opted to part pay for the Reward in Australian Dollars. In that instance, any required refund for that part payment will be processed back to their credit card.

11.6 Stramit Points cannot be converted to or exchanged for money.

11.7 Conditions may apply to individual Rewards, and in such cases, the use of that item may be subject to further specific terms and conditions made by the third-party supplier. These details and or, a link to a third-party suppliers terms, may be provided in the product description.

11.8 Members acknowledge that:

(a) the amount of Points required to redeem a Reward will vary from time to time, without notice, due to various factors (such as general price movements, inflation, cost of inputs, etc) and You may view the current amount of Points required to redeem a particular Reward at the Stramit SteelCRED™ Store at any time;

(b) reasonable endeavours will be made to ensure that information in relation to a Reward is correct, but Stramit accepts no liability for incorrect information provided by the Member or any third party;

(c) Rewards are limited in number;

(d) Rewards may be offered for a limited time; 

(e) Rewards are subject to terms and conditions of their suppliers which must be accepted prior to redemption; and

(f) availability of some Rewards may be subject to capacity controls by their suppliers.

Other limitations applicable to Rewards may be viewed on the Stramit SteelCRED™ Rewards Store.

11.9 Members redeem Points in order to obtain Rewards at their own discretion. Stramit does not give any warranty or make any representation in relation to the underlying value of any Rewards (other than the face value of vouchers or gift cards denominated in dollars).

11.10 Stramit may at any time and without prior notice to Members withdraw, limit, modify, cancel, increase or decrease:

(a) any particular Reward;

(b) the advertised terms of offer for a Reward; or

(c) the quantity of a Reward available for redemption.

11.11 Gift cards and vouchers are available as Rewards in Australia by redeeming Points at the levels set out at the Stramit SteelCRED™ Rewards Store for other products and services as determined by Stramit. A gift card or voucher is valid from the date of issue and for the period specified on the gift card or voucher.

11.12 Redemptions for gift cards or vouchers may be processed via the Stramit SteelCRED™ Rewards Store website. It may take up to 72 hours to issue a gift card or voucher, which will be sent via email to the Member. It is the Member's responsibility to allow sufficient time for the voucher to arrive. 

11.13 A gift card or voucher cannot be exchanged for money or replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, and is issued subject to the conditions on the voucher.

11.14 A gift card or voucher covers only the services described on it.

11.15 Once placed, an order cannot be amended or cancelled by the Member.

11.16 Stramit reserves the right to cancel an order (or part thereof). The Member will be provided with a full refund for the order (or that part). Stramit may offer the Member a substitute reward of equal value instead of providing a refund. The Member may decline to accept the substitute.

11.17 It is the Member’s obligation to ensure the correct delivery address is provided at the time of ordering. Should the wrong address be provided, Stramit is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at Stramit’s expense, nor is Stramit liable for any loss to a Member due to incorrect address details being provided by the Member.

11.18 While an order may be for multiple reward products, each product may be delivered by a different supplier and be delivered on different dates.

11.19 For reward products returned to the supplier, a Stramit representative will attempt to contact the Member, or the person named as the recipient to provide advice about the unsuccessful delivery and arrange to re-deliver the item. Members (or their designated recipients) are required to provide reasonable assistance to facilitate re-delivery. Re-delivery may incur an additional postage and handling fee.  After an unsuccessful attempt to deliver the item, Stramit will refund the payment in points for the returned item, less any additional postage and delivery handling fees.  To avoid these costs and inconvenience, please carefully consider the delivery address.

11.20 If a reward product is lost in transit (prior to delivery) Stramit will make enquiries, including checking the supplier proof of delivery processes. Stramit may require the Member and the proposed recipient to make a statutory declaration that the Reward was not received.  If Stramit provides a replacement and the original product is subsequently delivered, the original product must be returned to Stramit or its nominated supplier.  In such cases, the Member should contact Stramit to organise the return.

11.21 Stramit may disclose any, or all, details associated with lost and replacement reward products to its suppliers and appropriate authorities. 

11.22 Without limiting the operation of any other Terms, Stramit is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or non-delivery of a reward product.

11.23 Title and risk in all reward products passes to the recipient upon delivery. Stramit will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from products lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

11.24 Where a part payment is required (for instance, if the Member does not have sufficient Points), Members agree to pay for Rewards within the Program in Australian Dollars.

11.25 Payment for Rewards can be part paid by credit/debit card. Once payment has been cleared, the Supplier will distribute the Rewards which Members have purchased. Members confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used belongs to the Member. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer and the Supplier. If the issuer of the Member’s credit card refuses to authorise payment for products within the Program, Stramit will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Rewards.

11.26 Expiration of any Rewards including but not limited to gift cards and vouchers may vary depending on the requirements of the participating Retail Partner and Reward providers.

11.27 All digital or physical vouchers sold via this Program are restricted by the terms and conditions of each individual Retail Partner and should be found in the terms & conditions of the individual Retail Partner. All digital gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable, as they are to be treated as cash. Gift cards and vouchers are valid until the expiry date indicated and cannot be exchanged or replaced. Vouchers are sold for the personal use of Members only. Vouchers or gift cards are not to be re-sold and cannot be re-distributed.

11.28 Stramit will only process card transactions that have been authorised by the applicable card issuer and does not guarantee or assume any liability for transactions authorised and completed which may later be reversed or charged back. Members are responsible for all reversed or charged back transactions, regardless of the reason for, or timing of, the reversal or chargeback. Stramit may add or remove one or more payment methods at any time.

11.29 If a chargeback occurs, Stramit will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist the Member to resolve the dispute, however once the chargeback is finalised and Stramit has been debited, Stramit will automatically debit Your account for the chargeback amount in addition to a chargeback fee of $35.00, and provide the relevant information to You so they can resolve the dispute with the Member.

11.30 Stramit cannot take responsibility for any Services, Gift Cards, Vouchers or Tickets that are misplaced, lost or stolen when being sent through Australia Post. On ordering, Stramit offer all Members the option of Registered Post at a fee displayed during the time of checkout, which guarantees that Australia Post will be held liable for all Rewards that are misplaced or lost when sent via this method.

11.31 For products purchased throughout the Stramit Reward Store the standard delivery is 5 - 15 business days, subject to stock levels. Parcels will require a signature upon delivery. Deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box. Deliveries may not be made to gated communities. If Members see that their item has been damaged in transit, or upon arrival, they are recommended to refuse delivery so that items may be returned to Stramit immediately. If the Reward is faulty, the Member is advised to contact Stramit Customer Support for assistance. Members are advised to choose their purchases with care as the Supplier  is unable to accept returns due to change of mind. Items can only be returned in circumstances where an item is damaged or faulty. If a return is required, Members are advised to notify Stramit within 24 hours of receipt of the Reward.

12. Personal and Business Information

12.1 Each Member acknowledges that Stramit collects, uses and discloses information about the Member and their business in order for Stramit to provide the Member with the Benefits and administer Stramit SteelCRED™ and to undertake the activities further set out in this clause.  The information about such use in this clause 12 should be read alongside the Privacy Policy currently available on the Stramit website, which contains more detailed information about how a Member’s personal and business information is processed.

12.2 If the Member does not provide all or any part of the requested information, the services provided to that Member by Stramit, and the Benefits that the Member receives, may be affected.

12.3 Stramit collects personal and business information about each Member, including their engagement with Stramit SteelCRED™. The kinds of personal information that we may collect and hold from you or about you include: 

  • contact information, such as your name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number;
  • date of birth and gender;
  • account information such as username, password and transaction history;
  • bank account details;
  • information concerning your interests, buying habits and product preferences; and
  • any other personal information submitted to us by you.

We may also collect sensitive information, such as membership of a trade union or professional association, and health information (for example for the purposes of contact tracing related to Covid-19, or if you access our sites or operate our equipment). We will only collect this type of personal information with your consent.

In your interactions with us, we may include links to various third party websites.  If we do that, the third parties will be responsible for their content and what they do with any personal information they collect.

12.4 Marketing consent: By becoming a Stramit SteelCRED™ Member, the Member provides their express consent to Stramit or a Stramit Group entity to send marketing communications including via direct mail, telephone, email, SMS or other digital means.

Stramit may associate and combine data collected from third parties with the Member’s personal and business information and use that combined personal and business information to tailor the Member’s experience and content, including third party content and otherwise in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Member can opt out of receiving all or any of these communications:

(a) for email and digital advertising by updating their email preferences in their profile, or by unsubscribing via link at the bottom of any email communication;

(b) for SMS messages, by opting out directly from an SMS.

Opting out of these communications will impact Stramit’s ability to provide the Member with all the Benefits that would otherwise be available to the Member as part of Membership.

12.5 When Members browse the Stramit Steelcred website or contact Stramit electronically, Stramit may record geographical tagging, cookies and statistical data. This may include the Member’s IP address, date and time of the Member’s visit, operating system, language preferences, device characteristics, pages visited, information downloaded and type of browser used to access the website. 

12.6 Stramit uses this information to help it to make decisions about maintaining and improving their website and online services.

12.7 While the Stramit SteelCRED™ website may contain links to other websites with the exception of related entities, those websites are not subject to Stramit’s privacy standards, policies and procedures. Stramit recommend that Members make their own enquires as to the privacy policies of these third parties. Stramit  is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

13. Liability and Warranties

13.1 Stramit acknowledge that certain jurisdiction's laws imply terms, conditions or warranties into contracts for the supply of goods or services that cannot be excluded. For example, for consumers in Australia, certain services come with statutory guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) that they will be provided with due care and skill and be reasonably fit for their purpose. Clause 13.2 is not intended to exclude or restrict the application of such laws.

13.2 Subject to clause 13.1, and to the extent permitted by law in any applicable jurisdiction, Stramit and any of their officers, employees or agents are not liable for any loss or claim of any kind (including, without limitation, consequential or economic loss or loss of profits), arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or Stramit SteelCRED™, including, without limitation, any changes to the Terms and Conditions or Stramit SteelCRED™, save to the extent that such loss or claim arises from the negligence or wilful misconduct of Stramit, or any of their officers, employees or agents.

13.3 Stramit is not liable if interference with or damage to a Member’s computer systems occurs in connection with the use of this Program or linked websites.


13.4 Stramit will not use this Program to collect or harvest personal information including Internet addresses about Retail Partners participating in the Program.


13.5 Members will not purchase Rewards through this Program with the intention of on selling them or for generating profit for Member, or for any other third party.

13.6 Stramit will be under no liability whatsoever to Member in respect of any loss or damage which may be suffered or incurred due to misuse, misconduct or fraudulent activity, or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of the Services supplied pursuant to this Agreement or in respect of any failure or omission on part of the Supplier.

13.7 Members are required to update and retain their registered personal details for access to this Program, and acknowledge that any activity, ePurchases and eWallet funds will be forfeited if Members are unable to correctly login to the Program using their registered login credentials.

13.8 Stramit will not be liable for any damage to or any viruses which may affect a Member’s computer on account of your access to this Program.


13.9 Stramit does not warrant that any information or Service provided or referenced by this Program is either merchantable or accurate, that such information or service will fulfil any of a Member’s particular purposes or needs, or that such information or service does not infringe on any third-party rights.

13.10 While Stramit uses commercially reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Program and Rewards, Stramit makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy.

13.11 Stramit may periodically add, change, remove or improve any of the information, products, Rewards and technology described in the Program at Stramit’s discretion.

13.12 Stramit assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Program.

14. General

14.1 Interpretation: In these Terms and Conditions, unless the contrary intention appears:

(a) the singular includes the plural and vice versa;

(b) dollars or '$' means Australian dollars;

(c) unless otherwise stated, all dollar amounts include any applicable GST;

(d) dates or times are Universal Time Code (or GMT) dates or times; 

(e) a reference to 'include' or 'including' means 'including but not limited to'.

14.2 Governing Law: The Terms and Conditions and membership in Stramit SteelCRED™ are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia irrespective of where the application for Membership has been completed. In any action or other legal process with respect to any matter or thing in connection with these Terms and Conditions or Membership the Member submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the State of New South Wales.

14.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any rights a Member may have and which by law cannot be excluded, including under the Competition and Consumer Act (2010) and under State and Territory consumer protection legislation.

14.4 If part or all of any clause of these Terms and Conditions is illegal, invalid or unenforceable then it will be read down to the extent necessary to ensure that it is not illegal, invalid or unenforceable, but if that is not possible, it will be severed from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will continue to have full force and effect.

14.5 Stramit recommends that Members consult their accountant or tax adviser to ensure that they understand possible tax (including fringe benefits tax) implications, if any, related to Membership and Benefits.

15. Third Parties

15.1 Stramit will not be liable for any mistake, failure or negligent action on the part of any Retail Partner providing Rewards in the Program.

15.2 Members acknowledge and agree that any provision of Rewards in the Program is at the Member’s own risk.

15.3 Retail Partners providing Rewards in the Program reserve the right to change, modify or cancel any offers at their discretion.

15.4 Stramit will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of access to, or use of, the Program.

15.5 Under no circumstances will Stramit be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of business, or loss of profits arising in relation to use of the Program, website materials or linked materials.

15.6 In maintaining and operating this Program, Stramit relies upon information provided by third parties. Stramit cannot provide a guarantee against loss, liability, damage and expense if the Site Terms offered are not met.

16. Trademarks

16.1 Other products and company names mentioned in this Program may be the trademarks of other third parties, people or entities. Nothing in these Site Terms transfers any right title or interest in any trademarks to Stramit or Members.

17.8 Stramit may, change or add to this Program, any information or offers including products and services contained herein at any time.

17.9 While Stramit will use all commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that information on this Program is accurate and up to date, Stramit will not be liable to Stramit SteelCRED™ Members and any other third party for any errors displayed within the Program.

18. Electronic Listings and Advertisements

18.1 Stramit do not accept responsibility for the accuracy, error or omission in any Rewards or advertisements published within the Program, and disclaims all liability to Members for any loss or damage arising from such inaccuracy, error or omission.

18.2 Each Retail Partner providing Rewards in the Program that lists the Rewards offered on this Site shall own the copyright of the listing or the advertisement.
